We endeavour to process orders within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Australian Shipping - via Australia Post
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($9.95)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days ($12.95)
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $145+
Please note: Shipping is calculated based on the total purchase amount after any discount codes are applied. If the total amount after discounts is less than $145, a shipping fee will be added.
International Shipping - via Australia Post
- Standard Shipping: 12-15 business days ($24.95)
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days ($39.95)
- Free standard international shipping for orders over $420+ (limited time offer)
Please note: Each country may impose its own taxes or duties, which are payable by the purchaser upon collection.
As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email, so please check your mailing details carefully. If you have provided the wrong address at checkout, please email us at support@nutravision.com.au immediately, and we will do our best to update it for you.
If your order has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to redirect the parcel. Nutravision cannot be held responsible for incorrect address submissions and any resulting loss of the package or products.
