Nutravision Awarded Monde Selection Gold 2025: What It Means for Us and for Your Eyes
Tessa Mae Mata
In March 2025, Nutravision was awarded the Monde Selection Gold Quality Award in the Diet and Health category.
For us, this wasn’t just a nice certificate to hang on the wall. It was an independent confirmation that the care we put into Nutravision’s formulation, quality and safety stands up to scrutiny on the international stage.
In this article, we’ll explain:
- What the Monde Selection award is
- What the Gold Quality Award means in practice
- Why we felt it was important to submit Nutravision for evaluation
- What this changes (and doesn’t change) for you as a Nutravision user
1. What is Monde Selection?
Monde Selection is an independent quality institute founded in Brussels in 1961. Each year, it evaluates thousands of consumer products from around the world – including food supplements – using independent expert panels that assess:
- Ingredient quality and formulation
- Safety and compliance with regulations
- Manufacturing standards and product stability
- Label accuracy and consumer information
- Overall user experience
Products do not compete against each other. Instead, each product is measured against international quality standards.
2. What does “Gold Award” Mean for Nutravision?
Nutravision achieved the Gold Award, which signifies a globally recognised seal of
quality that assures consumers they are choosing a product that meets the highest international standards.
quality that assures consumers they are choosing a product that meets the highest international standards.
Unlike standard blind-testing awards, Monde Selection conducts a comprehensive, independent evaluation performed by an international jury of experts. Each product is evaluated based on key criteria such as its unique qualities, origin, and purpose, ensuring that every award genuinely reflects global quality.
In practical terms, this means that independent experts assessed Nutravision’s:
- Formulation: the selection and balance of active ingredients
- Quality control: how the product is manufactured and tested
- Regulatory compliance: alignment with safety and labelling standards
- Consumer information: whether the claims and information are clear and responsible
…and judged it to meet a high standard in all of those areas.
For a premium eye supplement built on the NP‑10 System™ and used by people managing glaucoma, macular health and dry eyes, this kind of third‑party verification matters. It’s not just us saying “we care about quality” – it’s an external body agreeing.
3. Why We Chose to be Evaluated
From the beginning, Nutravision was designed differently from typical, generic “drugstore” eye vitamins:
- Developed by an ophthalmologist
- Built on the NP‑10 System™ for the eye–nerve–brain vision ecosystem
- Using clinically studied ingredients at meaningful doses
Because of that, we wanted to hold ourselves to a higher standard than just “we think this is good.”
Submitting to Monde Selection meant:
- Opening our formulation and processes to independent review
- Accepting that if we fell short, we would hear about it
- Giving patients and practitioners an extra layer of confidence that Nutravision is manufactured and presented responsibly
In other words, it was a way to say: “You don’t have to just take our word for it. Here is an independent assessment.”
4. What this Changes for You (and What it Doesn’t)
What it doesn’t change:
- Nutravision is still a nutritional supplement, not a drug.
- It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- It does not replace eye drops, laser or surgery when those are needed.
- You still need regular follow‑up with your eye care professional.
What it does add:
- Extra reassurance about product quality, safety and formulation
- Confirmation that Nutravision meets international standards for nutritional supplements in its category
- Another reason for cautious, research‑minded patients and clinicians to feel comfortable including Nutravision as part of a long‑term eye health plan
For many people, especially those managing age-related eye concerns, knowing that a product has passed an independent quality evaluation is an important part of their decision.
How We’re Using this Moving Forward
The Monde Selection Gold Quality Award is not the destination; it’s a checkpoint. We will continue to:
- Refine Nutravision’s formulation as new evidence emerges
- Maintain strict manufacturing and quality‑control processes
- Invest in clinical research and real‑world data on the NP‑10 System™
- Share transparent information so you and your doctors can make informed choices
If you’re already taking Nutravision, we hope this recognition gives you a little more peace of mind about what is in the capsule you’re swallowing.
If you’re still evaluating us, the Monde Selection Gold Quality Award is one more independent signal that Nutravision takes quality and responsibility seriously.
